What is this consultation?
It’s a short online meeting where you can check whether coaching is right for you, and whether we’re a good match to work together. No pressure, no commitments. We’ll talk about what you want to change, what you need, and what your everyday life looks like to see whether coaching can genuinely support you.
Who is this session for?
For people who:
• feel overwhelmed, stressed, or out of rhythm,
• want to regain energy and balance,
• have tried “starting on Monday” but nothing has stuck,
• want a calm, science-based and practical approach,
• are looking for a coach who works in line with ICF standards.
What will we talk about?
• where you are now and what you’re dealing with,
• what you want to change (energy, stress, routines, sleep, habits, balance),
• how my coaching process works and what I draw on:
– professional ICF coaching,
– stress physiology,
– habit formation,
– PERMA, ACT, circadian rhythm work,
• whether coaching is right for you and how we can tailor it to your life.
What will you gain?
• clarity on where to start,
• a better understanding of your needs,
• a calm space to say out loud what you actually need,
• a sense of whether I’m the right person to support you in this process.
What happens next?
If after the session you feel this is the right direction, you can book regular coaching sessions (70 USD / 60 EU). If not, that’s perfectly fine.
